i like the idea. u should be able to go to any local machine shop that has a cnc mill( this could probably be built on a cnc lathe though) and get them to cut u some prototyping parts. i know that the shops i'm working with trying to get some parts by said if i can build the fixtures they could cut for a decent price.

u can padlock as many trees as u want, thats not going to stop the "Forest Circus" from tearing down the things u've put all that work into. padlock/cahins vs shovels/ chainsaws...

i was thinkin about drawing up something similar but with a 2 or 3 piece design to make it a little more rigid. would like to try one out. curious on how snappy the response is at high speeds now that you eliminate that much more forward leverage of a typical 50mm length...

i'm pretty sure royal is no longer part of the 661 team, but i could be wrong. i know i tried to get to their website earlier this season to check out some of the new prody and i couldnt get to the website from the 661 page, plus i think i read an article somewhere that mentioned there split from one an other.
